​1. Delivery Timelines

​Order Processing Time: All orders are processed, verified, and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) before they leave the warehouse.

​Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery across India takes between 7 to 15 business days.

​Please Note: Heavy rain, festive seasons (like Diwali or Eid), or local courier delays can occasionally add a few extra days to this timeline. We appreciate your patience!

​2. Shipping Charges & Areas Covered

​We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

​We ship to most pincodes handled by major Indian courier networks (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.). If your location is a remote rural area or a non-serviceable zone, our customer care team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

​3. Order Tracking

​Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS alert will be sent to you containing a tracking number.

​Tracking links can take 48 to 72 hours to update online while the package clears initial transit checkpoints.

​You can track your order directly on our website or via the courier partner's tracking portal.

​4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

​To ensure smooth deliveries and minimize transit failures, all Cash on Delivery orders undergo a verification process.

​Our team will call or send a WhatsApp confirmation message to verify your address and order intent.

​Unverified COD orders will automatically be canceled after 48 hours.

​5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Shipments

​The courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If the delivery fails because:

​The address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

​The customer was unavailable or refused the package.

​The order will be returned to our sourcing hub. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply to dispatch the item again, or a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

​6. Lost or Damaged Packages
